New York Mets 2021 MLB Mock Draft Roundup

We've been tracking MLB mock drafts from various baseball analysts, writers and bloggers via our 2021 MLB Mock Draft Database.

The New York Mets have the 10th pick in the 2021 MLB Draft and our New York Mets 2021 MLB Mock Draft Roundup compiles picks for the Mets in recently-updated mock drafts.

The picks listed below are sorted by when the mock draft was updated (date in parenthesis) with the most recent mocks listed first.

> MLB Tickets: New York Mets Tickets

MLB.com - Mayo (6/2)
Sal Frelick, OF, Boston College

We've mostly been hearing college bats here, with Frelick and McLain in the mix, but they could also look at a power college arm like Sam Bachman.

The Athletic - Law (5/27)
Matt McLain, SS, UCLA

Before he broke his hand McLain had the best stretch of performances on both sides of the ball that he'd had since matriculating at UCLA, pushing himself into the top half of the round, perhaps even a little higher than this. The Mets seem to be linked more to college players here, like McLain and Boston College's Sal Frelick, and would go high school with later picks.

MLB.com - Callis (5/26)
Sal Frelick, OF, Boston College

The Mets may be zeroing in on college bats such as Frelick, Cowser and McLain, with Madden the best bet if they opt for a college arm.

ESPN - McDaniel (5/11)
Matt McLain, 2B, UCLA

McLain broke his thumb last week and will miss at least a few weeks, but I ultimately don't think it'll affect his draft stock two months from now. McLain got off to a slow start this spring before heating up the last month or so.
