2025 Fantasy Football Mock Draft: 12-Team Half-PPR Mock (10th Pick)

Updated: Sunday, July 6, 2025

The best way to become good at something is to practice. So, what should you do if you want to draft a better fantasy football team?

Practice, of course!

Leading up to the start of the 2025 NFL season, we will use the fantasy football mock draft simulator to complete fantasy football mock drafts. And we will do so using a variety of scoring formats — point per reception (PPR), half-PPR, standard scoring and even 2-QB leagues — and league sizes. The goal is to provide you with a good representation of the team that you may be able to draft given your league settings while also providing the rationale of why we made the picks we did.

> Our 2025 mocks will be centralized here: Fantasy Football Mock Drafts.

That said, nothing beats practicing yourself so (check out the simulator) and complete a mock in a matter of minutes.

Half-PPR Mock Draft: 12 Teams, 10th Pick

1.10 - Malik Nabers, WR, New York Giants

As mediocre as New York's quarterback situation will be in 2025, it's an upgrade over what they had last year. Despite missing a couple of games and the state of the team's quarterback play, Nabers finished his rookie season as fantasy's WR7 and only Ja'Marr Chase was targeted more often in 2024. Consistently peppered with targets including a league-high 10 games with double-digit targets, Nabers never finished with fewer than four catches, seven targets or 41 yards in any game in 2024. For the most part, the pass catchers are identical to what they had in 2024.

2.03 - Nico Collins, WR, Houston Texans

Should I have selected Derrick Henry instead of Collins at 2.03? In hindsight, I think I would have liked the overall composition of my team better even if I prefer Collins over Henry in isolation. In other words, my wide receiver depth is so deep in a format that starts only two receivers (and a flex) that I'll keep Zay Flowers on the bench every week. Durability has been a challenge for Collins, but the now 26-year-old receiver has averaged 85.3 YPG (fifth best), 15.6 Y/R (eighth) and scored a total of 15 touchdowns (tied, 10th) over the past two seasons (among wide receivers with at least 100 targets).

Mock Draft Starter Ranks

3.10 - Breece Hall, RB, New York Jets

Another year removed from his 2022 torn ACL, fantasy managers expected bigger and better things from Hall last year. In fact, he had a top-four ADP in 2024. Unfortunately, his production actually declined year over year as he finished the year as a mid-tier RB2 overall and on a per-game basis. Had I selected Henry in Round 2 (as noted above), I'd feel great about Hall as my RB2. I feel less great about him (and this team's overall state of the running back position) as my RB1.

4.03 - Davante Adams, WR, Los Angeles Rams

Adams, who was traded midseason from the Raiders to the Jets, still managed to extend his streak of 1,000-yard, eight-TD seasons to five. Even though he turns 33 on Christmas Eve and won't dominate targets like he had at previous stops, he should have (or come close to having) another 1,000/8 season.

5.10 - Aaron Jones Sr., RB, Minnesota Vikings

Playing a full 17-game slate in his first season as a Viking, Jones set a career high in rushing yards (1,138), attempts (255) and attempts per game (15.0). In addition, he exceeded 50 catches for the third time in the past four seasons and has averaged at least 2.7 receptions per game for six consecutive seasons. Given his age (turns 31 in December) and the addition of Jordan Mason, it's likely that the Vikings scale back his workload some, especially as a rusher, but he remains a solid RB2 in fantasy.

6.03 - Zay Flowers, WR, Baltimore Ravens

Flowers finished his second NFL season with 74 catches for a career-high 1,059 yards and four touchdowns in 2024 while scoring the 24th-most fantasy points overall but the 33rd-most on a PPG basis among WRs who played at least eight games. Offensive coordinator Todd Monken recently said that the Ravens have to "get him the ball more." As noted above, I'd feel better about Henry/Hall as my RBs, Nabers/Adams as my WRs and Jones or Flowers as my flex. Barring injury or bye weeks, however, Flowers will be on my bench.

7.10 - Jerry Jeudy, WR, Cleveland Browns

Jeudy finished his age-25 season with 90 catches on 145 targets for 1,229 yards and four touchdowns in what was, by far, the best statistical season of his career. Topping the depth chart along with Cedric Tillman and Diontae Johnson, who's on his fifth team in 18 months, there's a good chance that Jeudy outperforms his current average draft position, especially if Joe Flacco starts (most) games.

8.03 - Brian Robinson Jr., RB, Washington Commanders

Since being drafted in the third round of the 2022 NFL Draft, Robinson's workload has been consistent — 207-214 touches every year with a career average of 15.49 per game — despite missing multiple games every season. While the ceiling is relatively limited, he provides a solid floor as an RB3/flex option with per-game fantasy finishes of RB27 (2024), RB21 (2023) and RB35 (2022), respectively, in his three NFL seasons.

9.10 - Mark Andrews, TE, Baltimore Ravens

The season ended terribly for Andrews (and the Ravens) with their playoff loss to the Buffalo Bills. From a fantasy perspective, however, Andrews was at his best down the stretch. His slow start included back-to-back goose eggs in Weeks 3 and 4, but he scored all 11 of his touchdowns over his final 13 regular-season games. In fact, the 11 touchdowns were career and position highs in 2024. Andrews was the TE5 overall from Weeks 5-18 and sixth on a per-game basis if you include Taysom Hill, who appeared in only five games over that stretch.

10.03 - Baker Mayfield, QB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Mayfield set career highs in passing yards (4,500) and touchdowns (41), although he also led the NFL in interceptions (16). That said, he finished as fantasy's QB4 in 2024 after finishing as the QB10 in his first season with the Bucs. Only Lamar Jackson (16) had more QB1 finishes last season than Mayfield (13). While he'll have his third offensive coordinator in as many seasons, new OC Josh Grizzard was the passing game coordinator for Liam Coen, who's now Jacksonville's head coach. So, in other words, Mayfield should continue to thrive, especially as Chris Godwin returns on a team-friendly contract. And adding Emeka Egbuka to the mix only helps Mayfield.

11.10 - Justin Fields, QB, New York Jets

The same year (2022) that Fields threw for 2,242 yards, 17 touchdowns and 11 interceptions, he finished as fantasy's QB6 in points per game and overall. Of course, it was the elite rushing production (160/1143/8) that outweighed his anemic passing stats that year. Even before the Steelers benched him in favor of Russell Wilson in 2024, Fields was the QB6 in fantasy points per game through his six starts.

12.03 - Isaac Guerendo, RB, San Francisco 49ers

Injuries to Christian McCaffrey and Jordan Mason (now in Minnesota) catapulted Guerendo into a starter's role down the stretch. The speedster (4.33 40-yard dash) finished his rookie campaign with averages of 5.0 yards per carry and 10.1 yards per reception on his 99 touches, and he becomes a weekly RB2 if CMC misses more time.

13.10 - Tyler Warren, TE, Indianapolis Colts

Rookie tight ends have historically struggled to make immediate impacts, but a pair — Sam LaPorta (2023) and Brock Bowers (2024) — have led the position in fantasy points in back-to-back seasons. Viewed by many as the most well-rounded tight end in the 2025 NFL Draft class, Warren's all-around skill set could outweigh facing potential limitations of a mediocre offensive environment with subpar quarterback play. Warren is a high-upside TE2 who could pay huge dividends.
