2013 Fantasy Football Mock Draft (Standard Scoring)
Scoring: This mock draft is based on leagues that use standard scoring (i.e., not point-per-reception (PPR) scoring). Passing touchdowns are worth four points while rushing and receiving touchdowns are worth six points. In addition, one point is earned per 25 passing yards, 10 rushing yards and 10 receiving yards.

Jason Witten, TE, Cowboys
The season got off to a rough start for Witten although a ruptured spleen in the preseason did not force him to miss any games. While he started slowly, he ended up setting the NFL single-season record for most receptions (110) by a tight end. In the process, Witten finished with fourth 1,000-yard season in the previous six years.

Torrey Smith, WR, Ravens
Smith's numbers in 2012 (49-855-8) were nearly identical to his 2011 numbers (50-841-7). While I believe he will take a step forward in Year 3, I would have liked to have seen a bigger production in Year 2 of his career.

Greg Jennings, WR, Packers
Jennings is set to become an unrestricted free agent and his fantasy value will be tied to his next destination. To me, the one that makes the most sense is Miami. The Dolphins need a true No. 1 receiver in a big way for their rookie (soon-to-be second-year) quarterback, the team's leading receiver (Brian Hartline) is about to become a free agent and Joe Philbin was the offensive coordinator in Green Bay before becoming the Dolphins head coach.

Sean Beazley (Team 3)
Jeremy Maclin, WR, Eagles
The Eagles have issues protecting their quarterback and there is less uncertainty around who that quarterback will be as Michael Vick signed a restructured one-year deal with the Eagles. That said, I'm interested to see how all offensive skill players benefit in Chip Kelly's offense. Maclin closed the season strong with 25 receptions for 315 yards and three touchdowns in his final four games, but he fell short of getting his first 1,000-yard season once again.

Sean Beazley (Team 2)
Vernon Davis, TE, 49ers
As noted by Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle, Davis has four 100-yard performances in five playoff appearances, but he has only eight of them in 104 regular-season games. He clearly has the talent and freakish athleticsm to create a mismatch any time he steps on the field, but Kaepernick barely targeted him down the stretch in the regular season. What we will get in the 2013 regular season is anybody's guess!

Stevie Johnson, WR, Bills
Hmmm, what to expect for 2013 ... and beyond? How about 1,000 to 1,100 yards? In the past three seasons, Johnson has had 1,073 (2010), 1,004 (2011) and 1,046 (2012). There isn't much reason to expect more (or less) than those totals in 2013.

Kevin Hanson (Team 2)
Ahmad Bradshaw, RB, Free Agent
After rushing for more than 1,000 yards for the second time in the past three seasons, Bradshaw was released by the Giants this offseason. Currently recovering from offseason foot surgery, he has been bothered by foot/ankle injuries throughout his career, but he is one of the toughest players in the league. I wouldn't be surprised if he's back with the Giants (but at a reduced pay rate).

Brendan Donahue (Team 2)
Miles Austin, WR, Cowboys
The good news is Austin played all 16 games after hamstring issues sidelined him for six games (and limited him in others) in 2011. The bad news is he saw his touchdown production drop to a four-year low (six) and he failed to reach 1,000 yards for a second consecutive season. With the emergence of Bryant, Austin is clearly option 2 among the receivers (and option 3 if you include Witten).

9 (69).
Brendan Donahue (Team 1)
Shonn Greene, RB, Jets
Greene will become a free agent in a month and Rich Cimini of ESPN New York writes that Greene is as "good as gone." Greene grinded out his second 1,000-yard season as he set a career-low with 3.9 yards per carry.

Sean Beazley (Team 1)
Knowshon Moreno, RB, Broncos
It will be interesting to see how the depth chart of the Broncos backfield turns out in 2013. Willis McGahee will turn 32 years old, Moreno is injury prone, Ronnie Hillman is a change-of-pace back and I have the Broncos drafting Mike Gillislee in the third round of my latest mock draft.

Kevin Hanson (Team 1)
Tony Romo, QB, Cowboys
The breakout of Dez Bryant helped Romo throw for a career-high 4,903 yards, which ranked third in the NFL behind Drew Brees and Matthew Stafford. In an offense loaded with talented skill players, Romo is a lock for 4,000 yards and 25 touchdowns if he stays healthy with upside for much more. On a negative note, Romo tied Brees for throwing the most interceptions (19) last year.

12 (72).
Dan Yanotchko (Team 1)
Justin Blackmon, WR, Jaguars
Despite his slow start, Blackmon, a two-time Biletnikoff winner, led all rookies in receiving with 865 yards although T.Y. Hilton was a close second (861). In his final seven games, Blackmon had five or more receptions in six of those games. During that seven-game span, he had 38 receptions, 615 yards (fourth-most in NFL during stretch) and four touchdowns.
