2012 Fantasy Football Mock Draft: EDSFootball.com Contributors, 1.0

Scoring: This mock draft is based on leagues that use standard scoring -- i.e., not point-per-reception (PPR) scoring.
Passing touchdowns are worth four points while rushing and receiving touchdowns are worth six points.  In addition,
one point is earned per 25 passing yards, 10 rushing yards and 10 receiving yards.

With our first 2012 Fantasy Football Mock Draft under way (pre-Super Bowl XLVI), six EDSFootball.com contributors
represented two teams each in our 12-team standard-scoring mock draft.  Picks for both teams managed by Sean
Beazley (follow on Twitter) will be updated below with commentary after every few rounds.

Mock draft start date: January 29, 2012
Mock draft end date: TBD

More contributors: Kevin Hanson - Dan Yanotchko - Brendan Donahue - Steve Woodhull - John Trifone

Teams Drafted by Sean Beazley
TEAM I
  TEAM II
1 (7). Calvin Johnson, WR, Detroit Lions
1 (11). Tom Brady, QB, New England Patriots
2 (18). Jimmy Graham, TE, New Orleans Saints
2 (14). Rob Gronkowski, TE, New England Patriots
3 (31). DeMarco Murray, RB, Dallas Cowboys
3 (35). Steven Jackson, RB, St. Louis Rams
4 (42). Philip Rivers, QB, San Diego Chargers
4 (38). Jordy Nelson, WR, Green Bay Packers

Your best pick so far?  My best pick so far has to be Rob Gronkowski with the 14th overall pick.  I think both
Gronk/Graham could be first rounders in this year's draft.   The difference between the top two TEs and No. 3 is
amazing.  In non-PPR leagues like this, Gronkowski 234 pts, Graham 197pts ... and the next closest TE was Aaron
Hernandez with 133 pts.   At this point in the draft, the RB/WR that are going to be drafted are all going to be similar.

Hindsight is 20-20, but which pick would you do over?  My first four rounds went as I was hoping.  The one player I
regret on passing on was in round 4 with Adrian Peterson.  I honestly just missed him.  I didn't see his name on the
ADP player listing.   Championships are won in weeks 14-16, so his injury concern would not scare me as much at this
point in the draft.  It would have been a great gamble there.

Overall thoughts about how your teams are shaping up?  Each of my teams has a QB/RB/WR/TE.  I didn't purposely
draft like this, but there were some players that just fell to me that I couldn't pass on.  In rounds 5-8, I will just be adding
depth at RB/WR.  Depending on my league (if people like trading), I wouldn't be opposed to taking another QB.   There
are four teams currently without a QB after four rounds.  If they think they are going to get at least the 4th-best QB
available as a steal late, then they are playing against the wrong guy.  Injuries happen, and I will jump on a
Vick/Ryan/Schaub/Big Ben as a bargaining chip later.

5 (55). Ahmad Bradshaw, RB, New York Giants
5 (59). Shonn Greene, RB, New York Jets
6 (66). Jeremy Maclin, WR, Philadelphia Eagles
6 (62). Kenny Britt, WR, Tennessee Titans
7 (79). James Starks, RB, Green Bay Packers
7 (83). LeGarrette Blount, RB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
8 (90). Malcom Floyd, WR, San Diego Chargers
8 (86). Toby Gerhart, RB, Minnesota Vikings

Which one of your two teams do you like the best? The team I like the most is my first team (#7 overall).   I think this is
one of the best teams in the league.  I got a QB in Rivers that I expect to have a bounce-back seasom with a healthy
compliment of weapons.   I got 3 RBs who were all in split situations last season, who I think will be 80/20 backs next
year, and I love DeMarco Murray to be real big this year.   I have the best WR in the game with Megatron, and two current
No. 2's who more than likely could be No. 1's next year with Maclin and Floyd.   At TE, I have Jimmy Graham who might
be the best fantasy TE next year if you think Hernandez eats into Gronkowski's numbers a bit like I expect.

Aside from your teams, which team has had the best draft so far?  While I think my team is the best team, my second
drafted team (#11 overall) is definitely not the second best.  I like Kevin's (#2 overall) the best.  If Jamaal Charles
bounces back next year, then watch out.  The combo of Foster/Charles will be deadly.   I am not high on Santana Moss
especially with no QB in Washington, but really like his other WRs Julio Jones and Hakeem Nicks.   Jermichael Finley
at TE should have another good year.  The best pick for this team was Ben Roethlisberger (ninth round) at backup QB.
Vick isn't going to play 16 games, and even if he does, the days of Vick rushing for a lot of TDs are over.  Big Ben will be
starting for this team more than Vick next year.

9 (103). Peyton Manning, QB, Indianapolis Colts
9 (107). Santonio Holmes, WR, New York Jets
10 (114). Felix Jones, RB, Dallas Cowboys
10 (110). Nate Washington, WR, Tennessee Titans

FANTASY FOOTBALL RANKINGS:
- Standard Scoring: QBs | RBs | WRs | TEs
(2012 Fantasy Football Rankings coming this week.)

Based on results from FantasyPros.com, Kevin Hanson ranked third overall in accuracy in 2011. Here's what FantasyPros wrote (about Hanson) in their year-end announcement of accuracy results:

"... Hanson was a fixture in the top 5 throughout the season and even led the contest heading into the final week. He also owns the distinction as being the only expert to eclipse the 70% PAY™ mark for a single position. ... Simply put, if you needed QB advice in 2011, the ultimate source to go to was over at EDSFootball. That’s not to say that Hanson was a one-trick pony, however. He also earned a top 10 rating at both WR (# 3) & RB (# 8), demonstrating that he’s among the best of the best when it comes to fantasy prognostication."
