Derrick Harmon — NFL Mock Draft Roundup 1.0
Leading up to the 2025 NFL Draft, we will track where Oregon Ducks interior defensive lineman Derrick Harmon appears in the latest NFL mock drafts.
Derrick Harmon NFL Mock Drafts
Here are some of the latest mock drafts in which Harmon has appeared:
No. 24 overall — Minnesota Vikings
Another high-energy disruptor would only make Brian Flores' defense more dangerous. The Vikings could use more depth up front.
No. 25 overall — Houston Texans
The run on defensive tackles continues with Houston's pick. Head coach DeMeco Ryans comes from a situation in San Francisco that heavily invested in the defensive line. By continuing to build out the defensive front, there should be more 1-on-1 opportunities for the likes of Will Anderson Jr. and Danielle Hunter.
No. 31 overall — Philadelphia Eagles
The Eagles believe in investing in the trenches on draft day. Harmon would add another super-sized athlete to a defensive line that is loaded with blue-chip talent.
No. 30 overall — Minnesota Vikings (via BUF)
The Vikings had a great defense without many great players, particularly along the interior of the defensive line. Derrick Harmon from Oregon gives Minnesota a chance to find that impact defensive tackle.
The Athletic — Baumgardner/Dochterman
No. 16 overall — Arizona Cardinals
As the Cardinals remake their defense and attempt to become more physical up front, Harmon (6-5, 310) would fill a void instantly on the interior. A year after transferring from Michigan State, he provided pressure and power for Oregon's line with 45 tackles, 10.5 tackles for loss, five sacks, 10 quarterback hurries, a pair of forced fumbles and four pass breakups.
No. 21 overall — Pittsburgh Steelers
While Cam Heyward is still playing at a high level, he turns 36 in May and won't play forever. Meanwhile, Larry Ogunjobi turns 31 in June and is entering a contract year. With excellent size (6'5" and 310 pounds) and length, Harmon is disruptive and stout at the point of attack with the versatility to line up anywhere along the front.
No. 30 overall — Buffalo Bills
Harmon is a very disruptive player at a deep position in this year's class. He could fill a void with Austin Johnson among the Bills defensive linemen due to hit free agency this offseason.
