Mansoor Delane — 2026 NFL Mock Draft Roundup 2.0

Leading up to the 2026 NFL Draft, we will track where LSU Tigers cornerback Mansoor Delane appears in the latest NFL mock drafts.

Mansoor Delane NFL Mock Drafts

Here are some of the latest mock drafts in which Mansoor Delane has appeared:

NFL.com — Charles Davis

No. 7 overall — Washington Commanders

The top cornerback in the draft heads to Washington, which should be making major investments on defense this offseason.

The Athletic — NFL Writers

No. 11 overall — Miami Dolphins

The Dolphins need talent anywhere they can find it, especially at the start of a hard financial reset. Delane is Brugler's top-ranked corner in the class and a plug-and-play starter. The Dolphins should be taking the best player available, ideally on defense, and that philosophy would marry with their desperation to find talent in the secondary. Delane didn't allow a touchdown or commit a penalty in 2025.

CBS Sports — Fornelli

No. 11 overall — Miami Dolphins

Mansoor Delane is a corner who has shown the ability to play well in both man and zone, and he isn't afraid to mix it up in the run game, either. He will take chances, though, and that can get him in trouble -- but it's that same aggressiveness that has helped him make plays.

NFL.com — Daniel Jeremiah

No. 11 overall — Miami Dolphins

This is a defense in need of retooling. With Rasul Douglas, Jack Jones and Kader Kohou heading for free agency, the Dolphins land the best cornerback in the draft.

ESPN — Field Yates

No. 11 overall — Miami Dolphins

The Dolphins patched together their secondary last season, so it will be no surprise if new general manager Jon-Eric Sullivan swings for cornerbacks in the draft and free agency. Delane broke out in his final collegiate season at LSU after previously playing at Virginia Tech. His excellent ball skills and man-coverage technique made most targets against him unsuccessful. Delane allowed a 27.8% completion percentage as the closest defender in coverage, the FBS' third-lowest mark in 2025.

While some scouts are still eager to see his timed speed in a 40-yard dash, his play speed seems more than sufficient on tape. Rasul Douglas and Jack Jones -- the Dolphins' two primary outside corners in 2025 -- are both free agents.

Yahoo! Sports — McDonald/Tice

No. 10 overall — Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals need defense, obviously. However, they've spent so many recent assets along the defensive line, maybe they try another position here and go cornerback, which they also need. Delane would immediately be their most talented cornerback and give them someone who can keep up with wide receivers in coverage.

Fox Sports — Joel Klatt

No. 7 overall — Washington Commanders

The Commanders gave up the most passing yards in the league last season, so they have to address that side of the ball. Delane's my top corner in this draft. So, a natural fit here.
