Denzel Boston — 2026 NFL Mock Draft Roundup 3.0

Leading up to the 2026 NFL Draft, we will track where Washington Huskies wide receiver Denzel Boston appears in the latest NFL mock drafts.

Denzel Boston NFL Mock Drafts

Here are some of the latest mock drafts in which Denzel Boston has appeared:

NFL.com — Charles Davis

No. 26 overall — Buffalo Bills

It seems too easy. A WR to satisfy not just a team need and an elite QB, but a most invested fan base? Sounds good to me.

The Athletic — NFL Writers

No. 16 overall — New York Jets (via IND)

GM Darren Mougey worked the phones looking both to trade up and trade back and either accumulate assets or add a quarterback of the Tanner McKee/Mac Jones ilk. There were bites — especially since the Jets aren't quite ready to dip into their stock of 2027 draft picks. The Jets hoped for one of Makai Lemon, Carnell Tate or Jordyn Tyson to fall here, but because they didn't, they'll be just fine with the next-best wideout on the board in Boston, a big-bodied talent who would complement Garrett Wilson well in the new Frank Reich-run offense.

CBS Sports — Fornelli

No. 27 overall — San Francisco 49ers

I could be wishcasting here, but I've watched Denzel Boston at Washington the last two years and have felt all along that he's a player who would flourish in a Kyle Shanahan offense, so why not just put him in Kyle Shanahan's offense? He's a big body with fantastic hands and is a precise route runner who thrives on the kind of timing routes the 49ers utilize.

NFL.com — Daniel Jeremiah

No. 21 overall — Pittsburgh Steelers

Boston makes too much sense here. The Steelers would have two power forwards on the outside with the rookie playing opposite DK Metcalf.

ESPN — Field Yates

No. 24 overall — Cleveland Browns (via JAX)

After addressing offensive tackle with their first pick, the Browns could stick to offense and take a wide receiver. Boston has excellent size (6-foot-4, 209 pounds) and is super fluid in his route running, allowing him the flexibility to operate out of the slot. He is a true red zone threat, with 20 receiving touchdowns over the past two seasons, tied for the third most in the FBS.

Good things happen when the ball is thrown Boston's way, as he posted 13 contested catches in both the 2024 and 2025 seasons. He has been credited with only four drops on 209 targets in four collegiate seasons.

Yahoo! Sports — McDonald/Tice

No. 29 overall — Los Angeles Rams

The Rams have reportedly poked around about moving up in the draft and selecting a pass-catcher high in recent years (Tetairoa McMillan in 2025, Brock Bowers in 2024), and this time they stand pat with their original selection and get Boston at the tail end of the first round. Boston is a big wide receiver with the skill set of a true "X" wide receiver who can win in isolated situations. He would give the Rams a behemoth starting wide receiver trio with Puka Nacua and Davante Adams to go along with their deep tight end room. A half-dozen power forwards with Matthew Stafford firing the football would be a dream, and give Nacua an ideal long-term running mate who would allow him to get moved around and used however Sean McVay wants.

Fox Sports — Joel Klatt

No. 26 overall — Buffalo Bills

The Bills need to improve their run defense, but they also need more playmakers on the outside offensively. We all saw what owner Terry Pegula said about the team's decision to draft wide receiver Keion Coleman, which was pretty wild. Boston is a tremendous player and I was impressed with him when I watched him on tape. He's got solid body control and athleticism, giving Josh Allen a potential strong target on the outside.
