Will Campbell — NFL Mock Draft Roundup 2.0
Leading up to the 2025 NFL Draft, we will track where LSU Tigers offensive lineman Will Campbell appears in the latest NFL mock drafts.
Will Campbell NFL Mock Drafts
Here are some of the latest mock drafts in which Campbell has appeared:
No. 11 overall — San Francisco 49ers
Campbell's relatively short arms (32 5/8 inches) and narrow frame (77 3/8-inch wingspan) may push him inside at the next level, but the 49ers are thrilled to see him available here to challenge for the open left guard spot. Like the Colts' Braden Smith and others, Campbell may eventually get the chance to prove himself outside to replace Trent Williams or Colton McKivitz.
No. 7 overall — New York Jets
I understand the size concerns about Will Campbell, but I also watch him play and they don't seem to hinder him much. The Jets need help on their offensive line, and draft a player who could be a franchise tackle or an all-pro guard.
No. 10 overall — Chicago Bears
The Bears have completely revamped the interior of their offensive line and now they find a long-term option at left tackle to finish their efforts up front. Campbell, Joe Thuney, Drew Dalman and Jonah Jackson would be a massive improvement over what they had last year and they already have a quality player at right tackle in Darnell Wright. Campbell could go much higher than this, so this is a nice get for the Bears.

No. 9 overall — New Orleans Saints
New Orleans' offensive line was in shambles for much of last season, even after adding left tackle Taliese Fuaga as the team's first-round pick last year. The Saints could use either a tackle or a guard and I went with Membou in our previous mock draft. With Membou's stock on the rise, Campbell still feels like an easy pick. Right tackle would appear to be the spot for Campbell in an attempt to replace 2022 first-round pick Trevor Penning. The Saints possess numerous holes throughout the roster for new coach Kellen Moore so the best player available at almost any position here would benefit this team. — Larry Holder
No. 10 overall — Chicago Bears
The overhaul of the offensive line is now complete with a new left tackle in place. Chicago's trio of March O-line acquisitions would be sandwiched between two top-10 picks in Campbell and right tackle Darnell Wright.
No. 4 overall — New England Patriots
The Patriots entered free agency with over $127 million in cap space and wasted no time in using it, leading all teams in players signed and money spent. Left tackle and receiver, however, remain areas of concern. Campbell lacks elite measurables, but he's as pro-ready as this class gets at tackle, projecting as Drake Maye's immediate and long-term blindside protector.
No. 5 overall — Jacksonville Jaguars
Protecting Trevor Lawrence is priority No. 1 in Jacksonville, which is why this selection is made at the start of the Liam Coen era.
No. 7 overall — New York Jets
There are rightly some concerns about the depth of the offensive linemen in this draft, but Campbell is a great player, and I'm not as concerned about his arm length as others. I get it, but Campbell was excellent at LSU. If it didn't show up on the tape, I'm not going to let measurements scare me.
No. 13 overall — Miami Dolphins
Left tackle Terron Armstead will be 34 if he returns for the 2025 season, but that's a big if. He is mulling retirement, and the Dolphins are operating as if he won't be back. So, considering the concussion and injury history of quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, Miami should be focused on finding Armstead's heir apparent. Plus, this team ranked 28th in pass block win rate last season (55.7%), so it needs upgrading anyway.
Yes, Campbell's arm length comes into question. He measured 32⅝ inches at the combine, which isn't ideal for an NFL offensive tackle. But plenty of tackles start their careers at guard, and Campbell's great footwork points to a successful career despite the length limitations.

No. 9 overall — New Orleans Saints
The Saints don't have to go too far to find the missing piece to their offensive line. Will Campbell would slot in at left guard and give New Orleans one of the best run-blocking lines in the NFL.
No. 12 overall — Dallas Cowboys
Campbell is well-aligned to step in on the Cowboys' interior and serve as the heir to Zack Martin. Those are big shoes to fill, but the LSU lineman is well-equipped to fill them.
He's physical, he's powerful, and he gets rave reviews for his football intelligence. Dallas's renewed investment in the offense would be incomplete without an investment to fill Martin's spot.
