Armand Membou — NFL Mock Draft Roundup 2.0
Leading up to the 2025 NFL Draft, we will track where Missouri Tigers offensive lineman Armand Membou appears in the latest NFL mock drafts.
Armand Membou NFL Mock Drafts
Here are some of the latest mock drafts in which Membou has appeared:
No. 10 overall — Chicago Bears
Membou manned right tackle for most of his three seasons at Missouri but handled weak-side edge rushers when occasionally lining up as a tight end outside the left tackle. General manager Ryan Poles -- briefly a Bears offensive lineman himself -- may believe the athletic, long Membou can make the transition permanently to challenge Braxton Jones, a free agent in 2026, for the LT spot this season.
No. 5 overall — Jacksonville Jaguars
Armand Membou's name is the one I hear most often as the guy climbing draft boards. It's a combo of the tackle class not being incredible, and Membou's size, athleticism and potential. Most mocks have had the Jags address their defensive line, but the offensive line could use work too.
No. 4 overall — New England Patriots
Surprise? It shouldn't be that big of one, considering how many boxes Membou has checked off throughout the draft cycle. He has a legitimate case to be the first offensive tackle off the board. The Patriots need an OT still and Membou has the skills and talent to play either on the right or left side of the line.

No. 5 overall — Jacksonville Jaguars
You can never have enough quality offensive linemen. Just ask the Eagles. So even after adding Patrick Mekari, Robert Hainsey and Chuma Edoga in free agency, Jacksonville wisely puts another young pillar in front of franchise quarterback Trevor Lawrence. Membou is short, by traditional thresholds, to play tackle, but he likely has the athleticism to play the position in the NFL, though he wouldn't have to immediately. The Jaguars aren't in desperate need with the recently re-signed Walker Little on the blindside and 2023 first-round pick Anton Harrison at right tackle. Maybe Membou competes for a job at guard before eventually transitioning out to tackle if that's where the Jaguars ultimately deem he'd best fit. For now, though, injecting youth, talent and depth into the offensive line is a priority. The Jaguars do that here. — Jeff Howe
No. 7 overall — New York Jets
Membou slides in at right tackle for the Jets. His size, physicality and athleticism would make him a great fit.
No. 11 overall — San Francisco 49ers
A polar opposite of the Bears a pick earlier, the 49ers lost several key starters in a salary-cap purge and now need to reshuffle the roster. At just 20-years-old, Membou is still learning the subtleties of the game, but he's agile and powerful, projecting as an immediate upgrade at right tackle and a quality candidate to succeed Trent Williams (when necessary) as Brock Purdy's blindside protector.
No. 3 overall — New York Giants
Whoever is eventually the starter for the Giants in 2025 will need to be better protected than past quarterbacks in the Brian Daboll era. Membou is a powerful blocker with elite testing numbers.
No. 21 overall — Pittsburgh Steelers
Membou had a great performance at the combine. The Steelers would be banking on the upside here, adding a player who I think could play tackle or guard on the offensive line; they lost offensive tackle Dan Moore in free agency. You can play 2023 first-round pick Broderick Jones from right tackle to left tackle and 2024 first-round pick Troy Fautanu can kick out to right guard in this scenario.
No. 11 overall — San Francisco 49ers
In case you missed it, the 49ers suddenly have a lot of needs. A snippet of the key losses over the past week: Charvarius Ward, Leonard Floyd, Dre Greenlaw, Talanoa Hufanga, Javon Hargrave and Deebo Samuel Sr. That's a bunch of talent walking out the door, and the Niners could really address any of those spots.
But San Francisco also is working to extend quarterback Brock Purdy, and building up the offensive line in front of him has to be a priority. Aaron Banks and Jaylon Moore signed elsewhere, and Trent Williams -- who has two years left on his deal -- will be 37 this coming season. Membou is my top-ranked tackle in the class, and I see him sliding in on the right side, where he started 30 games in college. He also could play guard at a high level early in his career, however, then transition to left tackle down the road.

No. 7 overall — New York Jets
Armand Membou rounds out what is the makings of a tremendous offensive line in New York. With only right tackle being a need, that's where Membou spent three seasons as a starter.
No. 6 overall — Las Vegas Raiders
Las Vegas made one of the big splashes this March with their its for QB Geno Smith. It sets the stage for the Raiders to not get desperate at No. 6 overall, and in this scenario, they bypass putting too much faith in 2024 third-round pick DJ Glaze and take what has become the consensus top tackle in the draft.
An offensive line of Kolton Miller, Jordan Meredith, Jackson Powers-Johnson, Dylan Parham, and Armand Membou has the potential in time to be one of the league's best if they keep this group together.
