Cleveland Browns NFL Mock Draft Roundup 2.0
Throughout the year and leading up to the 2026 NFL Draft, we will update our Cleveland Browns Mock Draft Roundup showing picks for the Cleveland Browns from several prominent sites and draft analysts.
The following are picks from recent NFL mock drafts for the Cleveland Browns:
NFL.com — Lance Zierlein
6. Carnell Tate, WR, Ohio State
Whether the
Browns' quarterback is already in the building, in this draft class or currently on another roster, Tate will make that man's job much easier.
24. Caleb Lomu, OT, Utah
The Browns desperately need help at left tackle. Lomu is a better pass protector than run blocker at this stage.
ESPN — Matt Miller
6. Spencer Fano, OT, Utah
The rebuild is ongoing in Cleveland, as the Browns have holes throughout the roster with no clear-cut answer at quarterback or left tackle. That leads to yet another "best player available" approach.
Fano has experience at both left and right tackle as a three-year starter who allowed only three sacks in his past 24 starts. He could be the replacement for free agent Jack Conklin at right tackle, but he offers the flexibility to start on the left side if Dawand Jones doesn't return to form after suffering a torn hamstring and a torn lateral collateral ligament this season.
24. Denzel Boston, WR, Washington
This could be the spot where the Browns consider a quarterback such as
Ty Simpson or
Ole Miss' Trinidad Chambliss (if his NCAA appeal is denied again), but the word we heard most often in Mobile was that the Browns will not force a quarterback pick in 2026.
Boston is a massive wide receiver prospect at 6-foot-4 and 210 pounds with an excellent ability to win at the catch point. If the Browns decide to roll with Dillon Gabriel or
Shedeur Sanders at quarterback, they'd be comforted by the fact that Boston's size and great play speed -- plus his 20 touchdowns the past two seasons -- help him win on the outside of the formation. He projects as a true WR1.
39. Jake Golday, LB, Cincinnati
The Browns hit a home run with second-round middle linebacker Carson Schwesinger in the 2025 draft and could pair him with a top strongside linebacker in Golday, who had 104 tackles and 3.5 sacks last season.
CBS Sports — Ryan Wilson
6. Spencer Fano, OT, Utah
Fano is an athletic, technically sound right tackle who plays with a strong base, quick feet and excellent balance in pass protection. He consistently mirrors speed rushers, handles stunts with patience and control and redirects smoothly against bendy edge defenders. While not an overpowering mauler, he anchors effectively and rarely gets knocked off his spot. In the run game, Fano thrives in wide-zone schemes, using his mobility to reach the second level and finish blocks.
24. Kenyon Sadiq, TE, Oregon
Sadiq oozes athleticism, will run through arm tackles and is used all over the formation. He can be a quick-game target as an outside WR and is used effectively on jet sweeps. He's also one of the best blocking TEs in college football who is an asset on special teams, too. He reminds me of Kadarius Toney in the quick game and Anquan Boldin in space with the ball in his hands.
PFF — Trevor Sikkema
6. Spencer Fano, OT, Utah
The
Browns could certainly go with a weapon at receiver, but I am worried about their offensive line. Fano didn't have as strong a 2025 campaign compared to his previous body of work, but he still recorded PFF run-blocking and pass-blocking grades above 80.0. New Cleveland head coach Todd Monken will likely see that group as a priority to upgrade for the short term and long term.
24. KC Concepcion, WR, Texas A&M
I thought about double-dipping at offensive line here for the Browns, as some good options remain on the board, but Concepcion gives them the reliable athleticism they're missing at wide receiver. He improved tremendously as a route runner this past season, evidenced by his 78.3 PFF receiving grade against man coverage, and averaged 7.2 yards after catch per reception.
The Athletic — Baumgardner/Dochterman
6. Spencer Fano, OT, Utah
The Browns are starting over at head coach (again), and this feels like another situation that will not be very friendly toward a young QB, be it
Shedeur Sanders, Dillon Gabriel or a new face. Cleveland still needs so much help offensively that it'd be smart to spend these precious assets on its core.
Fano is my favorite offensive lineman in the draft. He's an outstanding athlete, with potential as a right or left tackle.
24. Denzel Boston, WR, Washington
Trying to land QB2 in this draft class (whether it's Simpson or another prospect) should be on the table for Cleveland, either by trading up or sticking at 24 and hoping he falls. If that doesn't work, though, landing Boston — a big receiver who runs like a smaller receiver (with great ball skills) — would be a fine alternative.
39. Elijah Sarratt, WR, Indiana
Sarratt was one of Mendoza's top targets during the Hoosiers' championship run. He finished the season with 65 catches for 860 yards and a team-high 15 touchdowns. The talented receiver has good size (6-3, 213) and executes well out of his breaks, but his greatest strength is his hands. Just watch how he snagged multiple passes with
Oregon defenders draped over him.
NFL.com — Bucky Brooks
6. Caleb Lomu, OT, Utah
The Browns desperately need to address their offensive line, which surrendered 51 sacks as a patchwork unit in 2025. Lomu is an athletic edge blocker with the nimble feet and quick hands to effectively shadowbox speed rushers on the blind side.
24. KC Concepcion, WR, Texas A&M
Without a consensus first-round quarterback available at this pick, the Browns could add another weapon to an offense that gained a league-worst 4.3 yards per play in 2025. Concepcion is an electric playmaker with outstanding ball skills and RAC (run after the catch) ability.
NFL.com — Daniel Jeremiah
6. David Bailey, EDGE, Texas Tech
Cleveland should take the best player available here. A receiver could also be in play, but Bailey has the best get-off of any pass rusher in the draft. Alex Wright is a solid edge who signed a contract extension in November, but Bailey is a different caliber of player.
Myles Garrett would have some talented running mates up front.
24. Kadyn Proctor, OT, Alabama
Proctor is an enormous human. If the Browns can keep Dawand Jones healthy, they would have a massive duo at tackle.
