Assuming that Adrian Peterson goes first, who would you take with the second overall pick?

Is there really any debate? Michael Turner of course.
My 2009 projections: 325 carries, 1500 yards, 15 TDs How can you argue with that? I don't think MJD, LT or anyone else this year will put up those #'s w the exception of AD. |

The only concern would be coach saying workload will be reduced but still agree 100%

Welcome to the forum.
Agree on Turner in non PPR league. I would lean MJD in PPR league though. I also don't think we have seen the last of LT this year. I am not taking him at #2, but i am not letting him slip past like #6. Even a bad season, LT had 1500 total yards 12 TD I think a lot was due to injury. Do people not play PPR ? WHy so much old school love and scoring.

I agree on Turner as the 2nd overall pick in a non-PPR league (Jones-Drew in a PPR league).
Turner is going to get less carries than he got last year, according to coach Mike Smith. Even if he gets 4-5 less per game, he'll still finish with 300 carries (he had 376 last year). Jerious Norwood was 2nd on team in carries with only 95 last year.
