Hester to still return punts for Bears
Per Vaughn McClure of the Chicago Tribune, Bears punt returner Devin Hester will continue to be the Bears' punt returner.
Even though the Bears are looking for Hester to continue to develop into the team's top receiving option, coach Lovie Smith doesn't want to lose out on Hester's big-play abilities on special teams.
Last year, Hester led Bears' receivers in 2008 with 51 receptions for 665 yards and three touchdowns.

"No way," he said. "Devin has the chance to score every time. If one of those [rookies] is a better returner than Devin, then we will put them back there. Devin can be a full-time receiver and handle one other return."Although Hester didn't have any return touchdowns in 2008, he returned seven punts and four kickoffs for touchdowns in his first two seasons in the league.
