Fred Taylor slowed by sprained wrist
According to the Boston Globe, New England Patriots running back Fred Taylor suffered a sprained wrist while working out in South Florida.
It's uncertain whether or not the injury will keep Taylor from participating at the team's first organized team activities (OTAs), which run May 18-20.
Before the wrist injury, Taylor said that he'd be "joining the team on May 11th," which is a week before the rookie passing camp.
Taylor, who ranks 16th all-time in rushing yards, had earned the nickname "Fragile Freddie" due to his injury history.
