Broncos release Selvin Young
Last year, it seemed like the Denver Broncos couldn't have enough running backs. In total, seven of them ended the season on Injured Reserve.
Per Mike Klis of the Denver Post, the Broncos released RB Selvin Young, who was one of those seven to finish on IR.
Young finished with 303 rushing yards and one touchdown in eight games last year.

"You can call it naive or whatever, but in my mind, they could have eight backs, but I felt like I could have come out of it on top," Young said.With the Broncos drafting Knowshon Moreno with the 12th overall pick and acquiring Correll Buckhalter via free agency, that was highly unlikely. However, it's not as bold as his statement before the 2008 season.
