Stallworth back in Cleveland working out with Browns
Cleveland Browns WR Donte' Stallworth, who will likely face DUI manslaughter charges, is back in Cleveland and participating in the team's off-season workouts.
While the team isn't officially reporting who is (or isn't) participating, Chris Lyons, Stallworth's attorney, confirmed his participation with the Cleveland Plain Dealer.
But multiple media outlets have reported that Stallworth's blood-alcohol concentration is above the state of Florida's legal limit of .08.

"Donte reported to the Browns on Wednesday morning and he's been welcomed back by everyone -- his teammates, the management, the coaching staff, and they've all been extremely supportive," Lyons said. "It's been good for him to get back to work."Miami Beach Police say they don't have the results back. Lyons says that neither he nor Stallworth have been informed of the results.
