Titans, Bironas agree to 4-year deal
The Tennessee Titans signed kicker Rob Bironas to a 4-year deal worth $12 million, which includes $5 million of guaranteed money.
Now they are likely to franchise TE Bo Scaife. The deadline to franchise players is 4 p.m. Thursday.
“I am very excited to get this deal done,’’ Bironas said Wednesday night. “LP Field and Nashville is a place I’m proud to call home and I’m glad to get the opportunity to play here for the next four years. This is where I always wanted to be.’’The Titans were expected to franchise Bironas if they didn't agree to a long-term deal.
